Thank you for your interest to be a candidate for the Aquatennial Queen of the Lakes Scholarship Program or a participant in the Midwest Queens Program. General Information Documents and Registration Documents can be accessed to the left by choosing the program you would like to register for (Queen of the Lakes Scholarship Program or Midwest Queens Program). Please read through the General Information Documents prior to registering. Due dates for registration are listed on the Required Registration Documents page.
The registration process is complete only when:
1. ALL required documents have been submitted. (See the Required Registration Docs link for the due dates and to access the documents)
2. Registration payment has been received.
